What stays on your device

ApplyPilot stores your profile, resume text, optional resume file, saved answers, and application tracker in chrome.storage.local on the browser where you installed it. That material is not uploaded to ExtensionCreatorCO, Cloudflare, or Stripe.

What is sent for billing

If you buy Pro, Stripe Checkout collects your card details on Stripe's site. ApplyPilot never sees your card. This worker stores the email you used at checkout, a license key, the plan, and Stripe customer and subscription ids so the extension can confirm Pro. The extension sends that email and license key to this worker when you activate and about once a day while online.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or run analytics. We do not collect location, browsing history, or the contents of job applications.

How to delete or cancel

Delete the local copy from the extension's Plan page. That does not cancel a subscription. Cancel a monthly plan from Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. A lifetime purchase does not renew.
